Let's exchange QSL cards!
I enjoy trading QSL cards with people! I create unique, hand-make cards for each QSL. I reply to all QSL cards, including FT8/FT4. I’m in college, so an SASE is greatly appreciated but not required.

About Me
I’m pretty new to the world of amateur radio; I obtained my Technician, General, and Amateur Extra licenses in the summer of 2022. Shoutout to my dad (KC4MRJ) for giving me the needed push to get into radio!
I’m currently located in Darlington, SC, and I’m finishing up my last semester of college. When I’m not filling my brain with Psychology, you can find me operating pretty much anywhere on 20 meters.
One of my favorite parts of amateur radio is the QSL cards I receive and create. I’ve been intrigued by the “quirky art” style of drawing, so I’ve enjoyed creating unique QSL cards for people. Below, you can find some examples of cards I’ve created in the past. I believe that each QSO is unique and special in its own ways, so why not create a unique QSL card to remember the interaction? I draw each QSL card individually, one at a time.

The Setup
Sats
Sats are super fun!
It’s been quite a processing learning the ins and outs, but the initial frustration and confusion is nothing compared to the rewarding feeling you receive once you get the hang of things!
Equipment:
Baofeng UV-5R | Yagi Antenna from Arrow Antennas | Stand
HF
Kenwood TS-690S & Icom 7300 with G5RV antenna. Output: ~100W
Interests
HF
I enjoy talking with people on voice on 20 meters. I also jump on FT8 and FT4.
Although FT4 is more of my speed, I typically hang out on FT8 since I can make more contacts.
Sats
At the moment, I’m working to make a contact with NA1SS. When considering for the pileup, the infrequent times that an astronaut is actually on the air, and tracking the ISS in the sky, the process of making a contact is difficult!
Future Plans
- I’m hoping to install a dual-band egg-beater antenna for better satellite communications.
- Parks on the Air
- EME (if I win the lottery and can afford all those supplies!)
